I need some advice as to when to take my anabolic pump. Since I eat my pm dinner and have my post workout end fairly close together.I get home from work at 4:20pm and work out for 1 hour and then eat at about 6:00pm What do you guys recommend in how to space them out? I am not sure if by taking them pre and post workout if that is to close together.
Here is my current meal times and workout time:
5:30am
Breakfast / protein shake/vit
9:30am
Snack
11:30 am
Lunch
2:00pm
Snack
3:30pm
Pre workout shake / vit
4:20 pm Workout
5:30pm
Post workout /Protein Shake and creatine
6:00pm Dinner
9:00pm
