im a new user just bought prime today. i just had jaw surgery 7 weeks ago and gained the weight back i lost i am on a soft foods diet but can eat anythign as long as i cut it up small enough or even blend it lol. i am 5'11 157lbs and im 18yrs old. i want to gain mass on my arms

i want to be able to fill out a M SHIRT AT LEST idk how long it will take on prime tho. i want nice fst realistic results and im also a bag boy so it wouldnt hurt to look nice and built for the moms out there haha

anyways i calculated i need 2829.64 cal/per day to bulk up. i need suggestions on what to eat adn when. my workouts arent always at the same time everyday due to my scatterd work schedule
