    Hello,
    I have a quick question. I have been taking Recreate for the past four days and I just purchased Anabloic Pump today and plan on starting it soon but im just confused on the dosage. If you could simplify it for me. This is my schedule with Recreate

    Wake up: 9:00 am
    2 pills recreate 9:00am
    1st meal 9:30am
    2nd meal 12:00pm
    Workout 2:00pm
    1 pill recreate 4:30pm
    3rd meal 5:00pm
    I understand you should eat carbs after Anabolic Pump when should I take them in this type of schedule. Like 15mins before my morning meal and 15mins prior to workout or 3rd meal?

    Meal 1: 1 1/2 cup of rice/corn flakes with 1/4 strawberries, 1/4 mixed nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, and Almonds), with 2-3 cups of milk

    Meal 2: 1 Cliff Bar (I am a full time student, and at this time I am at school with no great nutritious food to be found.)

    Meal 3: 2 Cups of Pasta/White Rice with whatever meat my family has cooked for lunch, 2-3 ounces of Chicken or Steak. 2 cup of orange juice. 1 Cup of Spinach, 2 Medium Sized Tomatoes, 1/2 cup broccoli.

    Meal 4 (Pre Work-out): 2-3 Slices of Wheat Bread, 1 Ounce of Chicken or Steak (same meat from lunch). With 1/2 cup cheese.

    Meal 5 (Post Work-out): 1 Scoop of Nitro-Core 24 protein. 1 cup of any fruits i can get my hands on. 2 Tablespoon of peanut butter.

    Meal 6: 1-2 ounce of the same meat that i had from lunch, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup lettuce, 1 medium tomato. 1 cup of Keffir.

    I have no clue where to get how many grams of protein i get, without a nutrition label, nor carbs since veggies don't come with nutrition labels.

    With this meal, so far iv been very tired, and not energetic at all, until i take my preload Jack3d.

    hey man is prime ok to take 3 caps a day 3 times a day 7 days a week or should i take anytime off Im current ly inbetween shows. on it for the first week.. can it cause gyno have you heard of any cases? and it says use for 12 weeks howmany bottles total is safe to consume cause if Im taking in the max dose should I cutdown how long I use it for? and also with the anobolic pjmp and pslin can you stay on these year round to?

    Hey Dex, my A-stack has just arrived. I do not want to start taking it without tryn to clear up a minor detail, hopefully u can help. I have a pretty hectic work schedule, usually wake up around 3 a.m and do not get home most of the time till 530-6 pm. Im only able to work out 3-4 x a wk. the stack manual says to have a pre w/o shake,workout, then post w/o shake then a meal(dinner??), pre bed meal. I usually get home eat a meal (dinner??)530-6, an 1hr- 1.5hr later pre w/o shake, w/o (most of the time i get home around 930) , post w/o shake, pre bed meal.10pm.. is this routine ok as long as i take the supps with the appropriate meals??? wedns and sat are the only two days i could possibly do as the manual says..
