I am a 23-year-old male, 6', 160lbs. I want to get big but staying lean w]at the same time. I was thinking about getting on Pink Magic. Would this be ideal for me? Also, I don't know too much about the nutritional side and eating breakdown of thing. Can you help me on this?

i just started to oep and i'm trying to get the best results. i run and walk 2-2.5 miles about 4 times a week and i also watch what i eat. my goal is to lose 20-25 lbs, do you think i got the right stuff for that job? if so, anything else i can do to improve my results?
