Yup, today im offically 35 years old. MY legs were toast and could barley make it down the stairs to go home today! I had a coulple more PR;s today which im happy about. overall another great workout! today I also increased my pre wo dose of Powerfull to 2 caps up from 1. So im excited to see how taking 4 caps a day will effect me and my workouts! oh, and Im having a cheat meal tonight for my b-day. nothing too crazy as I always feel guilty straying from my diet but soon I wont even have an option of having a cheat so I might as well take em while Im allowed. IM thinking of pizza....mmmmm!

Im exactaly 28 weeks out today. Im currently 13 lbs over my contest day weight from last october. I think that I have had a pretty good offseaon and have been able to put on some muscle. I have taken some starting pictures to track my progess over the next 28 weeks. I wasnt going to post them since I feel that I look too fat right now and Im clearly in the "offseason" and shouldnt be wearing a posing suit right now but I figured that Im only going to get better and everyone has to start somewhere. Right? so here it goes

The pump that I had was awsome and this is something new to me. I could barley straighten mmy arms out..lol. I should note that these kinds of pumps are totaly new to me and I have only began to experince them like this in my past few workouts. Im thinking it must be the combination of the AP, powerfull, and jacked Pre wo! Tomorrow is a mod cardio only day!

I thought that in addition to the starting pics I would also post some pics of me that wer taken last october at one week out from my show to show what I am trying improve upon. I hoping this time around I can come in even leaner ( especially in the glutes and hams)and hopfully have more muscle added to my shoulder caps and back width.
