So this weekend I flew to Arizona to do the Lift For Hope North American Highlander even put on by Phil Stevens.

I competed as a middle weight taking first place. Phil also held an APF deadlift competition right after the highlander event that I also lifted in as a raw 220. I took first in that as well with 605 last attempt. It was so easy though it should have been my opener lol. Great day, great events. Gotta love getting the first places.
