I am ready
Deloading for the meet right now...I AM READY TO CRUSH WEIGHT!!!!
8/22/09 I am hosting and competing in the Northwest Powerlifting Championships. Hope to crush some records in the 198lb class again! Down to about 217 walking around right now. But I've been 212-214 upon waking the last couple days with how my body has been dumping weight with all the water and salt loading. We load the equipment on the trailer Tuesday night and will move it and set it up Friday night. It is being held in a VERY Well-to-do suburb and has been gaining a lot of interest so it looks like it will be a big crowd of people unfamiliar with powerlifting. 30+ competitiors. Think I have most everything lined out. Several last minute items being shipped in this week but looking pretty dialed for a sweet comp again!!!
