Man, I've been way too lazy these past few days, I'll make sure next week is spot on and try to end this week on a high.

I'm half working on a bulking diet that'll cost only £2GBP per day, I think I'll have cracked it by Sunday so that will be a relief for my wallet.

DOMS in my hams are only just beginning to go, lol...otherwise I'm feeling pretty good. Now for a PowerFULL sleep...

Had to spend last week out of the gym but I should be able to make the gym this week, so expect my lazy ass to update this tomorrow/tuesday.

Also, I got the all clear from the Derm! No more checkups, which is nice

PS- -2 Handicap on Wii Sports golf

PPS- Off work for a week so I'll be updating again.

Default Got motivation? Well...yes.

Man oh man am I a big ol' slacker, aside from work I haven't done much physical exercise but that has to change because I'm aiming to join the Parachute Regiment.

So, low rep strength goes out of the window as does pretty much any weights work. My routine will involve bike riding, running 1.5miles+ most days and eating moderately. Weight wise I want to lean up so I don't expect to gain any weight.

Yesterday was my first attempt at the run and I couldn't believe how difficult it was, so much so I didn't manage to do a continuous run. Today felt a lot better and I managed a 12:49, still quite a bit away from my 9:00 minute goal.

1.5miles - 12:49 -3:49 Needed

I will be using PSlin, PowerFULL, TNA and Omega-3.

Night time run (job brief and work through day) and although I wasn't expecting to improve I did feel more up for it than yesterday. All I took before the run was Focus XT and I was running more or less on empty...

1.5miles- 11:20 -2:20 Needed

I lost a minute in the first half mile by running at too slow a pace, so I'm confident I can further improve on my next run. I'm also going to start doing longer distances once I manage to measure 'em.

Running on empty with no supplementation at midnight (uber-tranquil )...

1.5miles- 10:56 -1:56 Needed

Now if you don't mind I'm going to spend the next day or so trying not to puke

Decided to run a bit earlier tonight (~2100) and kind of wish I'd held back a few hours but oh well.

1.5miles- 10:57 -1:57 Needed

I've measured a 1.5 mile countryside run so that I can practise a slower paced 3 mile run, I'll probably give that a go on Friday.

Went out for a run, would've liked to left it until closer to midnight but with work tomorrow I don't want to leave myself too tired in the morning.

1.5miles- 10:39 -1:39 Needed

I could've gone faster I feel but we'll find out tomorrow if that is the case.

The past few nights I've been struggling to get much better than 10:51, frankly I just feel a bit run down so a rest day with loads of water and chicken soup might help that out.

Just had my interview with the recruiting officer, decent bloke I must say. He said that I could be off to selection in 2 weeks if my doctor sends them the mish-mash of papers he needs to sign so that means I'm going to have to up the ante and do 6 mile runs, probably at the gym so that I can get compound exercises done at the same time.

I've also started a trial of contact lenses, quite enjoying them so far plus the girl that helped me at the opticians was pretty damn tasty- can't wait for the end of week checkup

This morning I went out for a 3 mile run, here's my time...

3miles - 23:50

I'm quite happy with that, especially as I really hit my second wind near the end of the run. I might do a 3 miler, rest and then into a 1.5 mile run tomorrow.

Well...I went out feeling good this morning but not long into the run I realized I needed the toilet I fought through the temptation to soil the roadside but had to stop the run around half a mile away from the finish, the time I managed was 18:56 so I'm hopeful that when I do complete the next run it'll be within 21 minutes.
