I have a question regarding the "pump" feeling. I've been using AP for about 3 weeks, I am not sure what "PUMP" feeling is. I am always hype up mentally before going to the gym either way regardless, so I am trying to understand what type of feeling are we talking about?

This 'pump' that we speak of is known as 'The Food Pump', generally you will see an increase in overall muscular volume and size. Not everyone will get this pump, by the people who do not typically see amazing fat-loss and lean muscle growth with the product.

For more pumps, try dosing closer to your meals - 5 to 10 minutes prior (increase to 60-80g/carbohydrate)...

Whereas for fat-loss, one would want to dose farther out - 25-30 minutes prior (decrease to 30-40g/carbohydrate). This tends to help slightly with overall effect.

One must remember that the idea behind AP is this:
1. You become super efficient at storing carbohydrates in muscle tissue so imagine the majority the 30-40 grams of carbohydrates are lead into muscle cells and the rest as liver glycogen. You can train harder and recover faster, gain muscle AND lose body-fat...
2. Will block glucose entry into fat cells... Gain NO fat from carbohydrate intake...
3. Forces lipolysis (fat-burning)

I personally do not feel the "pump."
But AP is a staple in my recomp and fat loss modes!
I DO however notice muscle fullness, and leaning out at the same time

yeah while I enjoy the product immensely, I do not believe it to be aptly named.
ppl think 'nitric oxide pump' - which, while a cool feeling, is absolutely worthless in regards to muscular development..unlike Anabolic Pump, which is a true cellular and meaningful 'pump' as Casey specified above.

Anabolic Pump is a soild product by itself.

does it give you the same results as the ASteroid Stack??
umm..no.

if it did, then there would be no need for addtl products.

the A-Stack brings the synergy of different components to the mix. it is a serious stack (natural), meant for serious results.

AP is one of the building blocks of that stack.

alcohol is not in the realm of carbs to consume when dealing with AP.

in fact, let me be blunt: do not use alcohol with these supplements..you will be wasting your money and nullifying a great product.
