Anabolic-Pump is a SIMS (Selective Insulin Muscle sensitizer). A SIMS is a compound that delivers glucose only to muscle cells and inhibiting glucose in fat cell. Anabolic-Pump is the only SIMS on the market! Anabolic-Pump works like Insulin, but independent of Insulin. Insulin is an anabolic hormone that delivers glucose and amino acids into muscle cells and glucose into fat cells. In a perfect world insulin would be a compound that only delivers glucose into muscle cells. Anabolic-Pump is that perfect compound! Whether you’re dieting or bulking, Anabolic-Pump is a must in any nutritional strategy. Any nutritional strategy, How about a keto diet? How about Carb-Cycling?
Carb cycling is alternating from high amounts of carbohydrates to low or no carbohydrates. I recommend using Anabolic-Pump when carbohydrate intake per meal is over 30 grams. Anabolic-Pump can significantly enhance effects of carb-cycling by driving glucose into muscle cells while shuttling away from fat cells. I only eat 20 grams of carbohydrates per meal. Should I use Anabolic-Pump? The reason you are eating 20 grams of carbohydrates per meal is to lose fat and minimize glucose uptake in fat cells. Few people enjoy eating 20 grams of carbs per meal. They are sacrificing for the sale of body-recomposition. You live life drained, unfocused, and miserable! Training is a chore…yuck. I know because before Anabolic Pump. I needed to consume 20grams per meal to lose fat. I sacrificed hard earn muscle and dreaded the gym. I’m about to whisper sweet nothings in your ear. You can increase your carbohydrate consumption by 100% to 40 grams and lose more fat than the previous 20grams…while maintaining muscle. Your energy levels will sky rocket. Your gym hours become intensely productive. I recommend staying at 40 grams for a few weeks to gauge progress. The whispers just get sexier. You can slowly increase your carbohydrates by 10 grams per meal and STILL lose fat. You will notice a new leaner physique in the mirror. With the addition of more carbohydrates, you been sparring amino acids and have been slowly increasing protein synthesis (new muscle). Again, I would keep carbohydrates at 50 grams for a few weeks to gauge progress. I currently bulk at 200grams of carbohydrates, Should I increase carbohydrates? No, you just need to implement Anabolic-Pump into your diet as recommended by the label. You should evaluate your diet for 2 weeks to gauge Anabolic-Pumps effects and than slowly add carbohydrates into your diet. If you gain a slight amount fat on 200grams of carbohydrates without Anabolic-Pump. You should fully expect to halt all fat gain and possibly burn fat. You need to find your sweet spot. Should I add complex or simple carbs? You should use complex carbohydrates like oatmeal, buckwheat, wheat pasta, sweet potato. I currently use Simple sugars or fast digesting carbohydrates like Waxy maize starch and matlodextrin post workout (after a workout), should I eliminate these types of carbohydrates while using Anabolic-Pump? No. Keep your post workout nutrition exactly the same for 2 weeks to gauge progress. After 2 weeks increase carbohydrate content by 10 grams and gauge progress for another 2 weeks and repeat the process until you find the sweet spot. |

Please follow the format below (next question) before requesting nutrition and training advice from expert Aaron Smith. You must have a thought out plan before seeking advice. Can you give us a sample of your diet with Anabolic-Pump? First, I make sure to drink over a gallon of water a day. A common complaint from Anabolic-Pump users is headaches. Anabolic-Pump significantly increases intracellular pools of muscle building glycogen. This phenomenon forces the body to use more water. PLEASE INCREASE your water intake..Super important! My current goal is to gain muscle and lose a fat. I weigh 230 lbs and stand 6’2” at about 15% bodyfat. My goal is to decrease Fat body mass down to 10% and increase muscle weight slowly. Before Anabolic-Pump, You could only accomplish this feat with steroids. When Using anabolic Pump, you will begin to notice super recovery from exercise. Everyday, I wake up fresh and recovered so I decided to workout twice a day! In the morning (8:30am) on an empty stomach, I perform 15 minutes of inclined treadmill at 4 mile per hour at a 5% incline. After the treadmill warm-up, I perform 15 minutes of a very light rotational axis routine that works miracles for back health that I learned from a brilliant expert named Jon Doyle (http://www.baseballtrainingsecrets.com) and then stretch for 10 minutes. My main goal is fat loss and it’s really a rejuvenating/rehab workout that primes the system for the real workout later in the day. In my car, I take 1 cap of Anabolic Pump (9:15 am) before the ride home. Meal 1 at 9:30 am 60 grams oat meal 50 grams Protein (25 grams whey concentrate or isolate and 25 grams Micellar Casein) 3 grams fish oil Multi vitamin 1 cap Anabolic Pump (12:15 pm) Meal 2 (pre workout meal) at 12:30 50 grams protein (2 whole eggs 5 egg whites 25 grams micellar casein) 50 grams carbohydrates (2 pieces wheat toast and 1 cup of oat cereal) 10 grams of fat (8 from eggs yold and 2 from fish oil caps) 2:30 workout 1 cap Anabolic Pump 2:45 Pm Meal 3 Post workout meal 60 grams oat meal 50 grams Protein (25 grams whey concentrate or isolate and 25 grams Micellar Casein) 3 grams fish oil Multi vitamin 1 cap Anabolic Pump 5:30 pm Meal 4 5:45 pm 50 grams protein (chicken breast or fish) 50 grams carbohydrates (brown rice) 10 grams of fat (8 grams from olive oil 2 grams from fish oils) 10 grams of broccoli Meal 5 8:30 pm 50 gram protein (25 grams from cottage cheese 25 grams whey protein isolate) 5 grams pineapple (10 grams carbs) 5 grams flavorless fiber 3 grams fish oil Repeat! |

i have 2 bottles of AP and two bottles of X factor...dont know which to run after my cut...i guess its a good delemma tho, lol
ill be posting my diet up like 2 weeks before i run AP so i can get everything down perfect but how much do you suggest going over maintenance?? i dont really like to go for extreme bulks cause i try to stay lean but with AP since you can increase your carbs im assuming that i could go around 700 over with no fat gain?? thanx |

-height-5'9" -weight-210lbs. -on a scale of 1-10, how muscular are you-8 -Want to cut -Currently on the cut diet but will change to eating 40-50 grams of carbs for three of my meals and drop the carb load. Protein/meal=30-40 grams Carbs/meal=20-50 grams Fat/meal=10-20 grams Calories/meal=390ish Total protein=220 Total carbs=210 Total fat=90 Total calories=2350 I would estimate bodyfat equals 14%.
