one more question: do you eat before you train in the morning, or are you running fasted-training?

You should feel the energy and pumps within the first few days. The fat loss and muscle gain may take longer though. You risk going hypoglycemic if you don't eat -- that is, your blood sugar will drop. You do not want this. Therefore, eat after taking Anabolic Pump. As for your question about cardio do this: Take 1 AP, wait 15 minutes, then eat a meal that contains 60 g of carbs and then wait an hour and then do your cardio. To flatten the belly, the main thing is to have a good diet and exercise a lot.

After 15 minutes of taking AP, I will have a big meal (50-60 carbs, then two-three hours later, have a smaller meal 35-40 carbs) before I take in my second dosage of AP(during the minimum 6 hour span) I understand that Glute-4 will suck up my first meal and place in the muscle cells. Will it also take in the nutrients of my second meal and deposit it in my muscle cells, as well. I am assuming that the first doasge is good up to at least six hours, right? See, I don't want to have the second meal go straight in the fat cells.
What is your view on this? Eddie |

for that second meal, there will be a carryover from your earlier dose of AP, yes.
now, once you have learned the product and become an experienced user, you can most def take more than 3 AP daily if you wish..for example, let's say you have 6 meals daily, and the first 4 contain 35g+ carbs, last 2 contain minimal carbs or fibrous only. certainly, you could dose AP prior to every one of those first four meals. that's part of the beauty of this product -- not only is it an unbelievably effective compound, but it is versatile and can be tailor-made for a variety of uses! all depends on what your goals are. ![]()

however, if you workout at night and you are dead-set on having carbs pre & postWO, then AP dosed at those times would be very appropriate. i'm personally not a fan of late-nite workouts, they present too many issues (dietwise)..but, if i were working out close to bedtime, i would opt to go 3 AP daily, split evenly, with the last dose taken w/ preWO meal; then i would abstain from carbs in the postWO timeframe, just get some protein (a whey/casein mix) and good fats in.

I would drop down to 2 AP a day and see if that helps.
