one more question: do you eat before you train in the morning, or are you running fasted-training?

Anabolic Pump does a few things such as help you gain muscle, lose fat, enhances energy and provides a pump.

You should feel the energy and pumps within the first few days. The fat loss and muscle gain may take longer though.

You risk going hypoglycemic if you don't eat -- that is, your blood sugar will drop. You do not want this. Therefore, eat after taking Anabolic Pump.

As for your question about cardio do this: Take 1 AP, wait 15 minutes, then eat a meal that contains 60 g of carbs and then wait an hour and then do your cardio.

To flatten the belly, the main thing is to have a good diet and exercise a lot.

Default Anabolic Pump Effects

After 15 minutes of taking AP, I will have a big meal (50-60 carbs, then two-three hours later, have a smaller meal 35-40 carbs) before I take in my second dosage of AP(during the minimum 6 hour span) I understand that Glute-4 will suck up my first meal and place in the muscle cells. Will it also take in the nutrients of my second meal and deposit it in my muscle cells, as well. I am assuming that the first doasge is good up to at least six hours, right? See, I don't want to have the second meal go straight in the fat cells.

What is your view on this?

Eddie

for that second meal, there will be a carryover from your earlier dose of AP, yes.
now, once you have learned the product and become an experienced user, you can most def take more than 3 AP daily if you wish..for example, let's say you have 6 meals daily, and the first 4 contain 35g+ carbs, last 2 contain minimal carbs or fibrous only. certainly, you could dose AP prior to every one of those first four meals.
that's part of the beauty of this product -- not only is it an unbelievably effective compound, but it is versatile and can be tailor-made for a variety of uses!
all depends on what your goals are.

do you think its more effect to take AP 3 pills split throughout the day? or better to split it breakfast, then pre workout / and post workout ? what if my workout is really late at night like 9PM so ill be taking a AP then taking it again within 3 hours and my time frame from my first and 2nd dose will be almost like 9 hours.

depends on the goals..for the most part i'd say even distribution thruout the day is a better route.
however, if you workout at night and you are dead-set on having carbs pre & postWO, then AP dosed at those times would be very appropriate.

i'm personally not a fan of late-nite workouts, they present too many issues (dietwise)..but, if i were working out close to bedtime, i would opt to go 3 AP daily, split evenly, with the last dose taken w/ preWO meal; then i would abstain from carbs in the postWO timeframe, just get some protein (a whey/casein mix) and good fats in.

Anabolic-Pump is the hottest supplement on the market based solely off consumer feedback. The bottom line is; Anabolic Pump delivers on its promise (read about AP here http://www.usplabsdirect.com/anabolic-pump.html).

At USPLabs the motto is innovation of new supplements and setting a path that other companies attempt to follow. The innovative nature of Anabolic-Pump has the public buzzing and asking thousands of questions. Anabolic-Pump is a NEVER-SEEN-BEFORE supplement.

Remember, Anabolic-Pump is new compound never seen before in the industry and will revolutionize how you eat. If you are using Anabolic-Pump, you are a pioneer. I urge every Anabolic-Pump pioneer to help educate those close to you on proper nutrition.

I will attempt to shed light on nutritional planning with Anabolic Pump in different scenarios. If you have any questions, we have a live forum with Anabolic-Pump dosing experts at www.usplabsdirect.com for all your questions and comments!

Is Anabolic-Pump better for bulking or cutting?
.
Both! Anabolic-Pump is a SIMS (Selective Insulin Muscle sensitizer). A SIMS is a compound that delivers glucose only to muscle cells and inhibiting glucose in fat cell. Anabolic-Pump is the only SIMS on the market!

Anabolic-Pump works like Insulin, but independent of Insulin. Insulin is an anabolic hormone that delivers glucose and amino acids into muscle cells and glucose into fat cells. In a perfect world insulin would be a compound that only delivers glucose into muscle cells. Anabolic-Pump is that perfect compound!

Whether you're dieting or bulking, Anabolic-Pump is a must in any nutritional strategy.

Any nutritional strategy, How about a keto diet?

Since anabolic works by delivering glucose to muscle cells and inhibiting glucose in fat cells, a Keto (no carbohydrates) diet is the ONLY scenario that you should not use Anabolic-Pump.

Anabolic-Pump will possibly eliminate the need to Keto diet. If you incorporate carbohydrate re-feeds, you should incorporate Anabolic-Pump to take full advantage of muscle glycogen loading.

If you currently use keto plans Anabolic-Pump may allow you to add certain carbohydrates as you get leaner. This will help you retain lean muscle and keep muscle glycogen stores full while shedding fat!
I'm into my second week of AP and Full dosage of three pills aday. I'm keeping my carbs between 30-50 grams per meal and usually bump it up to about 70 grams after my workout. The problem is diarrhea, 4-6 times aday. It just started two days after starting my full dosage, is this normal. I can't train like this, I can't be without a bathroom after I eat for no longer than an hour. Please Help

I would drop down to 2 AP a day and see if that helps.
