Can you elaborate more on why no insulin mimickers during the stack of AP? I see that GLUT4 concentrations increase and less insulin is secreted...but how does insulin mimickers, ALA for example, counteract the actions of AP? Literature has shown that ALA modulates glucose uptake and stabilize blood sugar, wouldn't it maximize the actions of AP since it also improves insulin sensitivity???

Default AP before PM meals?

Just curious as to how late someone can use AP when the goal is to lose bodyfat? Considering that AP is taken prior to a meal containing complex carbs, would it not be wise to take AP with the last meal of the day? Also, what are your thoughts on stacking AP with Gaspari Thyrotabs or Thermolife Dicana? Nighttime protein source (powder) before bed? Thanks.

Question Attn Dex Re: Glutamine

You said:"As far as glutamine goes… drop it unless you think you need it because it really is not that great. If you are using it for building muscle/decreasing DOMS, go with something like XTEND or Purple Wraath"...I use Beverly BCAA/Glutamine crystal powder in my workout drink...Are you advocating I drop this?

-Fully detail what you eat at each meal including times and:
-35g protein from food and shakes
-amount of carbohydrates in grams (not sure)
-amount of fat in grams (too much)
-total cals of meal around 350 but I have only been eating 5 meals.

-Furthermore, at the end we will require that you include your:
-total grams of protein - 180 give or take a shake
-total grams of carbohydrates - not sure but I will start to more closely monitor
-total grams of fats - not sure but I will start to more closely monitor
-total overall calories around 1800

I just finished up with finals so I have alot more time to monitor my intakes and work with my diet. I usually work 2 groups a day with a cardio and ab workout. Usually chest/bi's, back tri's, then work out legs with misc muscles and work out oncardio the other 2 days. I am all for changing things up in order to get some serious gains.

Hey man, work with me via private message. Just click my name and hit send message.

I need to have a daily schedule like this:

9:00 AM - Protein shake (1 scoop of whey, 1 cup of oats) and a banana

10:00 AM - Workout

11:00 AM - Post-workout meal: pasta with grilled chicken and an apple

etc. etc. etc.

Also I would need to see your training program;

what days you workout and what you do on those days.

Default hey there,

I work out early in the morning, and im trying to find the best meal plan, for best results, I get up at 4 am and head to the gym on my bike 3.19 miles away, so basically im doing 6 ½ miles per day of cardio, is that’s ok. Plus how do I distribute my meals through out the day, I go to work at 8am lunch at 12pm and get out a 5pm.
also how should i take my AP? any suggestions thanks
