Ok, here is my plan. I am going to stick with The base Cut Diet by Chuck Rudolph and the Scivation crew and just add 50-60 carbs in three of my meals. I hope someone here is familiar with it and can tell me if this is a good idea. The diet keeps your insulin levels in an alkaline state. The last meal of the third day is a high fat/carb meal to keep your thyroid happy and avoid muscle being used for energy. Will AP keep my insulin level, even with the carb meals? If not I will just not do the carbload.

Any thoughts?

Also, I have some questions on the dosage. I workout 1.5-2 hours after my second meal of the day which I guess qualifies as my pre-workout meal. I usually wait that long because I don't want to blow chunks doing legs and because Animal Pump works better on an empty stomach. Should I take a cap before this meal even though it's 2 hours before my workout? I was thinking of taking it 15 minutes before this meal, 15 minutes before post-workout meal and another before another high carb meal later in the day.

I see that Dexterium recommended taking the first dose before the first meal of the day. If I did that would the dosages be too close together? I would be taking all 3 caps within the first 6-7 hours of my day. Thanks!

Sorry forgot the actual diet! Doh!

-sex-male
-height-5'9"
-weight-210lbs.
-on a scale of 1-10, how muscular are you-8
-Want to cut
-Currently on the cut diet but will change to eating 40-50 grams of carbs for three of my meals and drop the carb load.

Meal 1: 6 whites, 1 whole egg, 1.5 cups of spinach, 1/2 of an avocado and 1/2 of a grapefruit.

Meal 2(pre-workout): 2 scoops of whey isolate, 5 grams of glutamine, 2tbsp of natural peanut butter and 1.5 cups of spinach.

Meal 3(post-workout): 2 scoops of whey isolate, 5 grams of glutamine, 2tbsp of natural peanut butter and 1.5 cups of spinach.

Meal 4: 2 tilapia fillets, a can of green beans(15 carbs worth), 24 almonds and 1/2 of a grapefruit.

Meal 5: can of tuna, 1.5 cups of spinach and 24 almonds.

Protein/meal=30-40 grams
Carbs/meal=20-50 grams
Fat/meal=10-20 grams
Calories/meal=390ish

Total protein=220
Total carbs=210
Total fat=90
Total calories=2350

Ok, where should I add the carbs for optimal results? Thanks!

I would say that you can go up to 60 g of carbs for those meals. This is the recommended protocol for Anabolic Pump. If you feel that this is going to low on carbs, just add some oats here or there. It should not hurt, especially with AP.

Meal 1: 6 whites, 1 whole egg, 1.5 cups of spinach, 1/2 of an avocado and 1/2 of a grapefruit.

Nice meal. However, if you’re planning to take your AP here, I would say throw in some oats because by a quick look it may not be 60 g of carbs. Don’t forget, morning time is a time where you’re extra insulin sensitive !

Meal 2(pre-workout): 2 scoops of whey isolate, 5 grams of glutamine, 2tbsp of natural peanut butter and 1.5 cups of spinach.

Man, you’re a spinach guy just like me; that’s good . This meal is not good. You need to up your carbohydrates significantly. Get another 60 g of carbs for here. Anabolic Pump will induce some serious sarcoplasmic hypertrophy for your workout. As far as glutamine goes… drop it unless you think you need it because it really is not that great. If you are using it for building muscle/decreasing DOMS, go with something like XTEND or Purple Wraath.

Meal 3(post-workout): 2 scoops of whey isolate, 5 grams of glutamine, 2tbsp of natural peanut butter and 1.5 cups of spinach.

Once again man, take your AP 15 minutes before this meal and load up with another 60 g of carbohydrates. If this is a bother to you, all these carbs, just lower them gradually but this is some of the best times to take your AP and you definitely need the carbs when taking AP.

Meal 4: 2 tilapia fillets, a can of green beans(15 carbs worth), 24 almonds and 1/2 of a grapefruit.

Nice man. I would move that grape fruit up for post workout.

Meal 5: can of tuna, 1.5 cups of spinach and 24 almonds.

Nice. If this is your night time nutrition, I would substitute the tuna for some cottage cheese.

Protein/meal=30-40 grams
Carbs/meal=20-50 grams
Fat/meal=10-20 grams
Calories/meal=390ish

Total protein=220
Total carbs=210
Total fat=90
Total calories=2350

Your macronutrients are good. Just make sure that you take those 210 carbs and disperse them where I deemed necessary

Furthermore, I think you could get some fish oil. It is good for fat loss. 4-6 pills a day. If you're cutting, here are some more supps you might want to look into:

-L-Tyrosine
-Acetyl-L-Carnitine
-Prima Force Lean Green

Good luck and message me if you want any more help mate.
