Default question about work out time

I wake up at 5am and work out at 6am so what times should i take my AP and when should i eat? my work out usually goes till about 7:30am.
Also would it be ok to stack my AP with Anabolic Halo?

well that almost gives us all the info we need to answer this..
so, are you eating before the workout? if so, what are you eating, and then when do you begin training?

if you mean using AP while also using AH, at different times of the same day, then yes.
if you mean take an AP and then 15min take your AH, then no.

you're asking the wrong person if you should take the AH bud..I'm not a MT fan. if you like what it's doing for you, then keep taking it would be my best advice.
AP will have an impact, either with or without the other.
all right, with your goals in mind, I would go with a solid breakfast prior to working out.

rise, take AP
eat 15min later, min 40g carbs in the meal.
workout @90min later.
I would recommend utilizing BCAA's within your training; Xtend is a great product.
immediately after training, take your AH.
20-30min later, eat postWO meal.
take AP again 15min prior to lunch; again 15min prior to dinner or your last meal of the day containing 40g+ of carbs.
