I'm currently on my second week of the Asteroid Stack and Must say.. So far so good! I am also taking Jack3d Preworkout and really am satisfied with how I feel!
I have at my house a bottle of: Axis Labs Creatine Ethyl Ester which they recommend taking; 2250mg per serving and its just sitting there.. calling my name... My question is it potentially a bad idea or dangerous to add this into my supplement diet right now..? And One last question.. someone recently recommended to me ZMA.. can this also be added or would I have any added benefit from it? Thanks! --Brandon |

Awesome well this is great news Thanks! So in terms of dosage..each pill of the CEE is 750MG and the dosage recommended by the manufacurer is as follows:
WORKOUT DAYS: 2-4 caps 15-30 preworkout 2-4 caps 15-30 postworkout NON-WORKOUT DAYS: 2-4 Caps w/ First meal, and 2-4 caps 4-6 hours late with meals. Should I maybe only incorporate this on rest days? or.. what do you recommend so that I have the most beneficial results and no dangerous or useless results... |

depends on how many scoops of Jack3d you use.
if using only 1 scoop, then go ahead and follow CEE directions, maybe 2 caps pre & 4 caps post.. if 2 scoops, then just go with 2 caps both pre & postWO. if 3 scoops, I would use the CEE only 2 caps postWO. off days, go ahead and dose as directed.
