Well, im not to sure how to take it, because i have a crazy schedule.
wake up 4:15 am *1st cap a take 5:00am+ mega men sport multi pack vitamin (gnc) + 1 cap of creatine ( not to sure what to eat that early, no aotmeal lol ) * 2nd cap at 11:00 am ( same here not to sure what to eat)(got be something that I can get easy or take at work) ** 12:30pm work out * after work out - protein shake and creatine cap the |

CARBOHYDRATE SOURCES -OATS -Whole Wheat Pasta -Whole Wheat Spaghetti -Whole wheat breads -Whole Wheat Macaroni -Yams There are also a ton of oatmeal and carb bars out there.
