Day one

Took this starting 10/11/09 a couple of hours before i had dinner. Did not feel any different than normal. As week progresses more info will follow.

You took AP a couple hours prior to dinner?

I would adhere to the dosing instructions of 1 capsule, 15-20 minutes prior to your carbohydrate containing meal.

Thanks Casey. Yes i was intending to eat within the 15-20 minutes but something came up which changed it up a little.

As for day two. Product was taken as recommended and don't know if this pertains to this product or not but i don't feel blotted after i eat a meal with carbs. Which normally i feel full and heavy. Which i have not since starting the product.

That is huge. That shows an obvious increase in your carbohydrate metabolism.

sorry for the delay in update. I have finished my taking recreate. And the results are what i was hoping for. Now i am not talking about weight loss but how i felt taking the product. Yes i may have lost 2lbs in the 3 days taking the product, but the way you feel is a good feeling. Once i get some more product i will create another thread with weekly updates as to results with product taken.
