Default I am SUPER tired ever since starting to take AP. Is this normal ?

I mean completely drained....like have become a diabetic or something. I have been one pill 15-30 mins before carbohydrate containing meals which range around 30 grams of carbs. Been doing this 2-3 times a day. I am POOPED. Is this normal ?

not necessarily normal, but not out of the realm of responses either..
first, try dosing 10min prior to eating..also, maybe up the carb intake to 40g with those doses, just to see the effect. I myself use 30g regularly, but I've been an experienced AP user for almost 2yrs now too.
lastly, are you dosing 2x daily currently, in the break-in period?

Try what Snagency recommends and go down to just 1 a day. make it the meal 1 hour before your workout, try mixing the types of carbs as well, like some simples with complex(20/80), helps me!
