Here is the deal...in the mornings, I really like to wake up, take 2 scoops of JACKED on an empty stomach and then go workout in 30 minutes. Love the workout.
I just bought some AP...going to give it a try. The reason I dont like to eat before working out is that most pre-workout supplements I have tried only work when I have an empty stomach. Does JACKED really work on a full stomach ? How early before working out should I eat a meal and take the AP ? I really want to start trying to eat before working out, but am afraid the JACKED won't work well. Any advice is greatly appreciated. |
