Default Complex Carb foods

Hey all,

So I went online and looked up some information on complex carbohydrates but couldnt really find anything on the amount that I needed to get aprox 60grams of complex carbs per meal. Would love if someone could point me in the direction of a thread/website or just drop some general knowledge on what amount of foods would work

thanks in advance,

-the rookie
