Default APCreation87 "The miracle works within AnabolicPump"/Added my diet Plan

I'm 22 years old with huge opportunities in front of me because of one company, one product AnabolicPump. Before starting AP I was 222lbs 68 lbs overweight with 26% bf. After my second bottle(8 wks), there's a new stud in town, with training and dieting and the tremendous help from AP I am now 150 lbs with a bodyfat percentage of 10%! yes I said it 10%. I took AnabolicPump as it says 3 times a day 15-20 mins before consuming meals, with a good workout regiment and good eating my transformation can be your transformation! Now I can't seem to keep the women off me hmm this is what it feels like to be reffered to as a chick magnet. I've done a complete body transformation and am here now to help whomever would like to reach the goals I've reached. Now, my goal is to get bigger and keep the ladies coming AP works if you work it. Message me with any questions I'm here to help you change your life.

Default Diet

My diet, good question I run a lean low fat diet. Here is a sample day for me with a play by play.

Am wake up 5:15 am take 1 AP 18 minuetes later I eat 4 egg whites 1 slice of veggie cheese 1 plum small and 1 slice whole grain bread.

Around 7 am I goto gym and work my regiment upon coming home (8:15am) I normally drink a lean protien shake meaning no hi in calorie high in fat just a lean non meal replacement shake just to feed my muscles. If I am doing cardio which is intense resistence cardio 4-5 days a week I have a piece of fruit with that.

Around 10:15-10-30 I have 3 more egg whites chopped peppers and onions with one slice whole grain bread.

11:45 take my second AP
12:00 I eat large salad with 7oz piece of lean fish I.e. Tilapia, flounder, mahi mahi or I enjoy a good ground turkey burger.

2-2:15pm I repeat my 10:15 meal but without the bread and I add half cup oats.

4:45pm take my third AP
5:00 pm if I had fish for lunch I have ground turkey and vice versa, along with a large salad and half cup of broccoli or asparagus.

7:30pm drink a kasein protien shake to feed muscles while asleep.
Note I stay away from beef and chop meet fatty and heavy protien but that is just me. I believe "eat lean to be lean".

Awesome transformation. Well done. It shows how much hard work you have been putting in not just in the training aspect but to be disciplined with the diet too.
Glad to hear that the AP was a big help to you too buddy. Keep it going and keep us informed on how things keep going.

Default Workout Regimen

How much cardio have you been doing in your typical workout routine? Can you list your routine so I can see what you've done to get these kind of results?

Default Cardio

Thanks man. I asked about cardio because I usually have to do a lot of it. I have problems with the fat sticking to my stomach area and can't seem to get rid of it. I've been using Recreate and have lost two inches in six weeks, but that also comes with a lot of cardio. I'm going to be cycling off Recreate in a few weeks and going on AP, so I was just wondering how much cardio you've been doing on your workout plan. I guess I'll see how my body reacts, then adjust from there. I'm very impressed with Recreate though. Definitely the best fat burner that I've ever used. I started seeing results in the first week. I can't believe how much slimmer I look. I hope the results continue with AP.

Recreate is amazing but we have something coming out soon for that "sticky" fat!

The stuff is..well I will let you finish the sentence after you use it.

Daniel
Daniel was a dedicated lifter(meaning understanding how to eat and supplement). I love it when the dedicated lifter finds that supplement that fits into his program that produces results.

Daniel knows for a fact that AP is the champion supplement in his regimen.

I wish most would understand the power of understanding nutrition. Once you understand it NO supplement company CAN ever fool you.

USPlabs is not here to fool but to help those that are serious...

Thank you Daniel for the hard work and testatment to the product.
