Default Other Supplements

Thanks again Casey. Would you recommend any particular kind or brand of protein to take along with these three? Or how about any other type of supplements? I also use a protein powder and vitamins/minerals, but that's about it.

I honestly really like GNC's products. I use the Max Greens Vitapak. Their AMP Wheybolic is a killer product. I really do not use protein powders to tell you the truth.

Default Need some advice.

I just purchased AP and have a question of when I should take it in regards to my work out schedule. I regularly work out 4-5 times a week but it is usually at 0515am and dont usually eat much before i work out. From reading other posts i understand that to reap the benifits of this product i need to eat 15-20 min after taking the product. Since I usually dont eat before my work out due to the fact that it upsets my stomach to due so, should I just add it before two of my other meals? Also, would it be a good idea to obtain another supplement that would cover my before workout meal, and if so which do you recommend.

let's talk about that..
fasted training upon rising can be productive (and is great for fat loss), but you'll need some addtl supp support to make it more beneficial for muscle growth..otherwise, your potential for growth will be limited.
AP is indeed a component in that plan:

wake, take AP, any other preWO supps you may be taking
15min later, begin sipping BCAA mix
[*this should be a powder mix like PurpleWraath or Xtend, and total consumption should be based on this formula:
bodyweight x .2g = total BCAA consumption pre/intra/postworkout]
15min later, begin training -- after having consumed 1/3 of BCAA drink to this point
drink another 1/3 of mix by halfway point of workout
at completion of training, finish last 1/3 of drink, and take another AP cap
15min later, have postWO nutrition/breakfast

while I use this particular schematic primarily for fat-loss, this will work for you to build muscle as well; protecting muscle stores/aid in recovery/induce growth due to AP's inducing fatty oxidization for energy..this will protect precious muscle tissue in a fasted state, and the BCAA's will act in synergism for this aspect as well as providing nutrients to cellular tissue.
waiting the 15min to eat after training will allow further absorption of aminos due to increased bloodflow, without disrupting the process by eating and hence directing bloodflow to the gut for digestion.

depending on what your diet is looking like, you can take an addtl 2 AP thruout the day (15min preceeding largest carb meals) when following this protocol.

What suggestions do you have for the preWO supp? I am not a stanger to working out but Ive always just done it without supplements. So any advice would be appreciated. My goals are to shed fat, but I would also like to gain muscle. I guess you could say im a "skinny fat" guy, not obese by any standard but deff over fat. Like I said, suggestions are appreciated!

I think you're a Prime (haha, pun intended! ) candidate for the rest of the A-Stack..PowerFULL and Prime can be added in to your schematic easily and will benefit you tremendously in your situation!
and if you want some mad energy/pumps/mind-muscle connection, look into Jack3d - best preWO booster in existence!

At what point during the diet/work out regime do I add these supplements?

the format would then look like this:

wake, take AP, 3 PF, 3 Prime, and 1-3 scoops Jack3d (I use 3 scoops myself)
15min later, begin sipping BCAA mix
[*this should be a powder mix like PurpleWraath or Xtend, and total consumption should be based on this formula:
bodyweight x .2g = total BCAA consumption pre/intra/postworkout]

drink another 1/3 of mix by halfway point of workout
at completion of training, finish last 1/3 of drink, and take another AP cap
15min later, have postWO nutrition/breakfast

Prime would be dosed again at 2 other meals (lunch & supper); PowerFULL would be dosed before bed on empty stomach.
