For a morning workout, how should I dose Anabolic Pump, ReCreate, and PowerFULL? My usual schedule is as follows:
06:00 Breakfast (Oatmeal, Fruit, Yogurt) or Proatmeal (1 scoop protein in oatmeal w/ nuts) 08:00 Workout 09:00 Work 10:00 Snack (power bar, protein shake) 13:00 Lunch (Salad, protein drink, fruit) 16:00 Snack (Fruit, power bar) 18:30 Dinner 20:00 Snack (Mixed Nuts) 22:00 Bed -MM Last edited by mediamangle; 07-23-2009 at 09:54 PM.. |

Ok let me ask this a different way since there have been no responses....
Should I dose all three when I wake up in the morning? (1 AP, 2 RC and 1 PF) Wait 20 min then eat breakfast? Or 1 AP, 1 PF eat breakfast, Then after breakfast take the RC? Anyone....Anyone....Beuler? Last edited by mediamangle; 07-25-2009 at 08:18 AM.. |
