Default P Slin & AP (+ Fruit?)

Gents,

I hate to ask questions when it seems that the answer's already out there, but I can find it exactly. Can we consider fruit, i.e. apples, to be complex carbs vis-a-vis P Slin and AP?

What about the maltodextrin in BSN True Mass, since it comes with WPI, casein, and some fat. Would those slow the digestion of the maltodextrin?

Also, stacking pretty much everything you guys make, I take the P Slin pre-workout only, and AP before other meals. Wait an hour after carbs, then Jacked, PFull, and Prime, wait 30 minutes, and scare the **** out of people at the gym. PFull before bed. Three Prime pills with each big (3 x day) meal. Sound kosher?

Thanks in advance. You guys kick ass.

I wouldn't use fruit exclusively for the carb source, but certainly you can count this among the carbs needed to ingest (figure 25% of total carb intake from fruit)..

malto is a worthless carb source, only used because it's cheap..limit your consumption of this.

Just wanted to bump this. Came across it after reading the entire thread and am going to be trying this out soon.

I'll be sure to update on how it turns out when I do (sooo looking forward to it!).

Let me say thank you for a nice guide. thankyou

hmm.. lets see i just purchased some anobolic pump and i plan to use it real soon in a cycle, i bought the asterick pack actually. on training days you mention it's bes to take the pills pre workout and post workout?

So on a training day I would take 1 pill in the morning 15~30 mins prior to my meal, I workout at night at around 10:30PM I eat my meal around 9PM so i would take my Anabolic pump at 8:45PM eat my Preworkout meal then at 10PM take jack3d + powerfull?
I usually finish my workout around 12AM would I take my last dose of anobolic pump 15~30 minutes prior to finish my workout? also if i sip xtend during a workout will that mess with my consumption of AP? and then after my workout drink my PWO shake "golden gains" it has like 24g protein and 42g carbs.

No, don't take AP with a shake - use it with whole foods. Have your shake, wait about 45 minutes, take AP, then 15 minutes later have your post workout meal. Xtend is fine, it won't interfere with AP.

oh man golden gains tastes so bad.. yuck.. I don't think I am going to take it anymore. Would drinking 1 scoop of optimum whey and eating 2 slices of whole wheat bread 20g of carb per slice after a workout as a post workout shake / meal be enough carbs for AP to work its magic? Also I thought most people tend to recommend simple carbs for after for post workout but AP feeds off complex carbs?

Have your whey protein and if you want carbs do an apple with your post workout shake. Take AP about 45 minutes later, then 15 minutes after that have your postworkout meal with plenty of complex carbs.

You can combine your last meal of the day with your post-workout shake. Watch out, though, for the total carbohydrate content, so it does not spill over and end up stored in fat cells.
