It is really quite simple: if you put in the training effort/nutrition conscientiousness, you will be pleased with the results. Period.

So.. don't eat a lot!!
As for the AM.com thread: you pick one thread on that whole site to focus on? And even within that thread, many ppl have positive things to say about their results w/ the products..
FYI -- I've been a member on that board for over a year now, and have threads on there showing my progression with the products (much like I do here).
you will obviously gravitate to the info that you wish to find, so I will end any more attempts to explain product efficacy to you.

posting a link like that on the home site of a company is not a very good way to ingratiate yourself for helpful info.. more importantly, this is how such 'misinformation' becomes commonplace..
but I'll give you some feedback:
Quote:
6:30 - cornflakes and egg with protein shake
lose the corn flakes. try oats instead. piece of fruit too.
Quote:
10:00 - 2 egg sanwitches with whole grain bread
when you say 'egg' I assume you are referring to whole eggs; if you are trying to lose fat, you should probably have no more than 1 egg yolk daily. egg whites are much preferable for your goals.
Quote:
a small snack at 12 with one vegetable
you don't say what this snack is..
Quote:
3pm chicken breast with another serving of protein
another serving of protein, in addition to chicken breast? not needed. what would work well here is some green leafy veggies, and a small portion of complex carbs (sweet potato, Ezekiel bread, 1/2 cup brown rice, etc.)
Quote:
8pm half chicken brest
need more than just that. salad (w/ low-cal dressing, like a balsamic & olive oil vinaigrette) would work well here, or another serving of green leafy veggies (I refer specifically to broccoli here -- best veggie you can eat imo).

I would also insert a small meal between 3:00 & 8:00.
1/2 cup ff cottage cheese and 1 TBS natural peanut butter or something.
going 5hrs between meals (esp before your last meal) encourages the body to store that last feeding as bodyfat.
small meals thruout the day, 3-4hrs apart, with strategically placed carbs, is the best way to keep metabolism humming along and fat-loss continuing.

i wouldn't use it.
if you want to eat bread, check into Ezekiel breads, found in the organic frozen section of upscale grocers.
this is the only bread i eat..
