i also use cytogainer, i have not been spacing ap prior to it, since i only use it after workout, not as a meal replacement, i have been using ap at other meals, so should i exchange a meal for the post workout, even though my preworkout also include ap (short time in between two dosages) or should i just add another dose at cytogainer equalling 4 pills a day of ap???

rreplyyy please

No, it sounds like your are on chart. Stick with 1 cap, 1 times per day as you noted.

Consider picking up some P-Slin to dose prior to your Cytogainer. You will undoubtedly be able to absorb much more than before, you will notice a great ease of consumption. Less bloat, etc.

Question First timer

I just recieved Anabolic-Pump, Prime, & Powerfull where can I find a schedule to best times to take these products. Will also be taking a creatine, no-explode and halo. Is this over kill or a good thing . Thanks for your time. SEMPER FI, Rich

Rich, you can find the schedule info (and so much more) in the download on this page:

As for the 'overkill' -- those products can actually be replaced (and much more effectively imo) by our new Jack3d preworkout supplement..

ummm..these things aren't miracle drugs dude. 3 doses??
each individual is unique in when the effects start to show; as well, this is influenced by such factors as diet, exercise, activity level, genetics, etc.
as far as losing belly fat: you need to be in a caloric deficit; eating the right foods; avoiding sugar & saturated/trans fats; eating frequent small meals (4-5x daily minimum); and exercising regularly to be at optimal fat-loss capability.
