Unfortunately it varies from day to day due to classes and work but generally I work out first thing in the morning around 7:30 and then again around 3:00. Other days its around 10:00 and then again about 6:30. I have my post and pre workout shakes with both workouts and then eat lunch and dinner and a small moderate carb breakfast about 30 min after my post workout shake in the mornings. Then I throw snack meals in where ever I can get them. Thanks for the help!
P.S. Today is my first day on it and right now I have taken one pre workout(upon rising), then 5 hours later(around noon), and I am working out again around 3:00 and plan to be done by 4:00 and taking a dose then. Other than the dosing issues it's great!
