Hi. I'm a 29 year old woman who has just ordered anabolic pump. I'm 5'9" and 130 lbs. I have a hard time gaining size on my frame and am looking for a little help! I have read almost every thread in your forums and really haven't seen anything from a woman. Could you tell me the pros/cons of using this? I don't want to be a body builder, but I definitely want to add size and fullness to my muscles. I work out 6 days a week, 2-3 days is cardio. 2 of those are days that I teach RPM, so 48 mins of cycle.
My bodyfat is about 18%. I eat 5 times a day and it's somewhat of a lower carb meal plan. I'm a little confused about how your dosages work. My workouts are at 5am so an early preworkout meal/supplementation is really tough, but I can try to work it out if I need to. If you could give me any starting information to help me get up and running that would be great and I could go from there. I don't want to waste my money on something that really is catered to men. One more question....I take Meltdown before my workouts in the morning. Is that something that will have to change? (I have small children and a 45 hr/week job!! Need the extra boost!) Sample day: Brk: 1/3 cup oatmeal 5 egg whites 1 tbs peanut butter Snack promax bar green tea Lunch: 4 oz ground turkey 1 cup broccoli 4 oz swt potato Snack: 1/2 promax bar Dinner: 5 oz chicken spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese and balsalmic vinaigrette Thanks so much!!
