I didn't word my initial question properly, I apologize.
What I meant was: Wake up 4:15 a.m. Full dose of SuperPump 250 Hit the gym at 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. When I get in the car, would you then suggest taking the AP @ 6 a.m., then eat the suggested high carb meal at 6:15 a.m., correct? thanks again!! |
