Default using AP with N.O. products

Is it okay to use AP for an early morning workout in conjunction with an N.O. product, i.e. SuperPump 250?

You need to eat after taking Anabolic Pump. I would suggest:

Wake up - take Anabolic Pump
15 minutes later - Eat a meal with 30 g of protein and a cup of oatmeal.
Wait for like 45 minutes to an hour for food to digest.
Workout.

Default AP & NO products

I didn't word my initial question properly, I apologize.

What I meant was:

Wake up 4:15 a.m.
Full dose of SuperPump 250
Hit the gym at 5 a.m. to 6 a.m.

When I get in the car, would you then suggest taking the AP @ 6 a.m., then eat the suggested high carb meal at 6:15 a.m., correct?

thanks again!!

Well are you eating before working out? Eating is more important than any supplement.

No, i must admit that at 4:00 am, I'm going to the gym hungry. I'm going to change that tomorrow, need to start seeing results even if i'm soon to be 48 years old.
Thanks again!
