I read on one of the threads that certain nutrients like alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) should not be consumed with Anabolic Pump. Was this correct or did I misunderstand? Currently I like to take Superpump 250 before my workouts and also Size-on (both by Gaspari Nutrition) during the workout. Both contain ALA. Will they inhibit the action of Anabolic Pump?
I've been using the AP for 2 days now just taking two caps a day as directed and I like it. My muscles seem to stay hard all day. Thanks for any help you can give. |

Just a follow-up to my first post. I decided to try AP without the SP-250 or Size-on this morning. I took 1 cap of AP upon waking up this morning, waited about 30 min. and had a meal with 8 egg whites/1 yolk and 3/4 cup of brown rice. About an hour later I took 200 mg. Caffeine and 315 mg. of Green Tea, waited for it to start to kick in, then went to the gym to work Back and Biceps.
I was getting a great pump from the first warm-up set and it kept on getting better and better. This Anabolic Pump is great! I don't even need any of that Gaspari stuff anymore. Do I have to wait for a week to jump up to 3 caps a day or can I do it after 5 days? Thanks for your help again. |
