well, you should obviously work out for 6 hours...haha...sorry. I only do it for one of the 2 meals you mentioned, and last week I gained about 3.5 pounds while decreasing my body fat a little...but I would wait on Dex or one of the other mods to fill you in because I do it on a "what works best for me" basis.
