Default Timing AP with early workout time

I generally work out first thing in the morning, before any meal. Should I take Anabolic Pump 15 minutes before my post-workout meal, which is usually within a half hour of when I've completed my workout? Or is there some other time?
My age is 64, if that makes any difference.

I would highly suggest that you eat before your workout as you will see much better results this way. When you wake up in the morning you are in a fasted state and your body is ready for the uptake of nutrients. I would suggest that first thing you wake up, you take Anabolic Pump, wait 15 minutes, then consume a bowl of oatmeal and some protein then wait an hour and workout. However, if you're not going to do this, then yes, you can take Anabolic Pump as you described in your post.
