Waiting time for Anabolic-Pump..

Hello!

I'm new to Anabolic-Pump and new to the forums! yay! hehe

Anyways, I was wondering..

The instructions are to eat complex carbs 15 mins after taking 1 capsule of Anabolic-Pump..

What if I miss a minute or two? Or what if I eat too early?(12-13 minutes)

And no, this is not a joke thread.. >_<

From other posts I've seen from moderators, you can actually wait up to an hour or so. I wait 30 minutes, just as long as you take the AP before you eat, and not after. The AP works for several hours, so its not like you have a 5 minute window you're trying to hit or anything. I would, however, try to wait at least 15 minutes, again this is from what I've read and experienced personally.

It isn't that big of a deal if you're off by a minute or a few. But try to make it around 15 minutes.
