Sounds good!

You're better with Anabolic Pump than without Anabolic Pump! go for it.

thanks for all the help! i just started my AP today and ill start mixing in some p-slin too.

another question, though, is it necessary to have protein in the meal following AP/P-slin? I was thinking of have a mostly protein meal in the morning and then a mostly carb meal 1.5 hrs before lifting.

I could always use some whey then, but I wouldnt eat in the morning for like 2 hrs if i did that.

at the moment i take AP 3.5 hrs before lifting and either AP or P-slin 1-1.5 hrs before practice.

You want to have approximately 1 g of protein per lb of body weight. So if you weigh 200, you have ~200 g of protein per day. You also want to be eating approximately 30-40 g of protein every 2-3 hours. Therefore, I would suggest that you have protein with your meal after Anabolic Pump.

well i already get enough protein, my question was whether its better to eat a mixed (c+p) meal after AP than a mostly carb one. I would basically split my breakfast up into 2 parts eaten at separate times.
