thanks for all the help! i just started my AP today and ill start mixing in some p-slin too.
another question, though, is it necessary to have protein in the meal following AP/P-slin? I was thinking of have a mostly protein meal in the morning and then a mostly carb meal 1.5 hrs before lifting. I could always use some whey then, but I wouldnt eat in the morning for like 2 hrs if i did that. at the moment i take AP 3.5 hrs before lifting and either AP or P-slin 1-1.5 hrs before practice. |
