I just bought 2 bottles of AP. Im stacking this with superpump 250, and Anabolic OD. What can I xpect within the first month? Im 5'8" 180lbs. bout 13% fat. Eat moderate carb, high protien. Workout consists of 4 days a week splits. Working each group a week. 15-18 sets larger muscle groups and 12-15 smaller groups.

What to expect is obviously dependent on your diet. We'll assume that you eat clean, and will have well-timed carbohydrate intake with Anabolic Pump.
In that case, you can expect: -increased endurance/stamina -vascularity/muscle tightness -strength -greater tolerance and sensitivity (in a good sense) towards carbohydrates -slight leaning out effect These are all very common positive effects experienced from Anabolic Pump. It is also important to note that some have an acclimation period in which they figure out exactly how to time their carbohydrates with Anabolic Pump; if you do not experience or 'feel' anything initially, stick with it and experiment with different timing and carb types. |
