dosage/useage
I just bought Powerfull today. How little can you take to really notice the benefits? 90 capsules at nearly 6 per day is only a 15 day supply. I'm on a budget and would like this to last at least 1 full month. Would taking 3 per day provide results? Should I take 1-2 before workout and 1-2 beofre bed? thx
