Anabolic diet with anabolic pump??.
today i purchased the anabolic pump. right now iam on the anabolic diet. which is mon-fri low carbs high protein high fats .and 1 day on the weekend a carb load high carbs mid fats low protein. iam trying to cut up. i noticed when i read the booklet that came with the anabolic pump it says to have the anabolic pump with carbohydrate meals. i was wondering if this product works with the low carb anabolic diet. or does it work with only high carb diets?
