No one wants to carry around a bottle of each product all day, so I usually put a day's worth of pills (along with vitamins, etc.) in a pill case. But now, if all the USP capsules are white and unmarked, how am I supposed to know what to take when!?!

This looks like you may have an interim run of capsules that where made before the ones with writing on them. All the new Caps are marked up for each product.
Contact Jacob as he will be able to clarify this better.
