Usage?
i train straight after work, around 4pm, and usually hit the sack around 10pm. should i be taking 3 before i train and 2 before bed? it seems cramed together compared to off days.
also "sensitizing" need only be done on the first week?
do i need to re-sensitize after i stop using (cycle) then for a bit.
any help greatly appreciated thanks!
