You can do this without any issues as long as your Carb intake is sufficient as you should be consuming up to 100g of Carbs with the P-Slin meal.
For some this would be a waste as it is really designed to aid the workouts.
I have done this however for 1 month and found the muscle fullness was lasting all day long and more.
Although this won't give issues i would still just go with the P-Slin with your pre-workout meal if you haven't been using it for long.
