I currently use the 4 day program, i find that on thurs i feel great after the one day rest. what do you think of doing only one warm up set for 10 reps at about 50-60%1RM then doing 3x6 85-90%1RM (or whatever i can lift for 6 reps)?
Any comments anyone?
