Awesome well this is great news Thanks! So in terms of dosage..each pill of the CEE is 750MG and the dosage recommended by the manufacurer is as follows:
WORKOUT DAYS: 2-4 caps 15-30 preworkout 2-4 caps 15-30 postworkout
NON-WORKOUT DAYS: 2-4 Caps w/ First meal, and 2-4 caps 4-6 hours late with meals.
Should I maybe only incorporate this on rest days? or.. what do you recommend so that I have the most beneficial results and no dangerous or useless results...
