Hi, I bought Muscle Development magazine, which has the mini-booklet inside that is almost identical in wording to

The workout is not the same. I assume the online manual is more updated than the booklet in MD magazine? The workout programs are very much different as far as # of sets and types of exercises.
Anyone noticed this? I'm not sure which one to follow anymore. My interest is both size & strength, but moreso size.
Help me out USPLabs :P you're confusing me.
