many different things you can do..
personally I have great success with a 30/50/20 C-P-F split, then when I want to kick bf-loss up a notch I'll switch to 20/50/30 for a minute..
then you have what is known as ketogenic diets (basically 50-100g or less of carbs thru the day, then strategic hi-carb meals placed 2x weekly, usually before bed, as an addtl meal these days)..you can employ all of these methods if you choose (in that order as the diet goes along), and this way your metabolism never catches up to your diet, so you have continuous fat-loss.
