your results have stalled because you are not eating enough, and have killed your metabolism..
1000 cals daily is ridiculously low.
also: never a good idea to go that long without a feeding, and skipping dinner is not acceptable.
I would recommend getting up to 1800-2000 cals daily, split over 5 feedings (none longer than 3.5-4hrs apart). proportion of protein should be high (50% of caloric intake), carbs/fats making up the other (25% each is a nice split).
