Meal Replacement shakes that are already bottled or put protein mix in a bottle to shake later or in a baggy to put in a cup to mix with spoon.
Refrigerated stuff: get a lunch box if no work fridge
turkey deli packages by oscar meyer are cheap and good there is also chicken, high i n sodium but its ok, we just need to get you eating.
cottage cheese 1percent or fat free
natural penut butter (measure out a tbsp or two to know how much you have)
