Default Proper Diet and Exercise with Recreate

Hello, I'm an 18 year old male weighing 145 and I've been on Recreate for just under 2 weeks now and have seen pleasing results. But it seems that I am sort of at a standstill; I don't notice anymore changes around my midsection or anywhere else. I wanted to know what sort of diet I should be on while taking this product.

Right now here is my routine:

I wake up around 8:40 am, take the recreate, and run approx. 30 minutes later (about 1.2 miles). Just before I go to work, I have some toast with peanut butter or butter and then go to work. I am a swim instructor at a camp, and eat lunch around 11:40. It usually consits of a salad and whatever they made for the day, it's usually pretty crappy so I have a larger salad, a small fruit salad, and a small amount of the lunch. I get out at 3 and take a Recreate when I get home and run again, about 2.3 miles and then do 3 different weight workouts (I do 9 different workouts in 3 days, in a continuous pattern). After the workout I make a 100% whey protein shake. I then have dinner later on, around 8:30 and that will be it for the night. Sometimes I may not even eat dinner, depending on the time of my workout or time of dinner.

Some days when I'm working in the afternoon or not at all, I wake up around 11:30/12:00 and do my running and workouts and use the protein shake as my first meal and wait until dinner to eat again.

SO my question is....what should my diet be like when I'm on Recreate? I do normally eat healthy, I just don't know the amount of food I should be intaking. Right now, I would say that I am intaking less than 1000 calories a day. How can I adjust my diet to get the maximum results?
