If yall are willing, some "quick prep" (or even better some no prep) meal suggestions for me to eat at work would be sooo great. Pretty much all I know I should be eating to build muscle is protien. As I learn, Im becoming more aware of how important it is to also eat complex carbs. I'm just unsure when to eat protien and when to eat carbs. I dont know what a pre-workout meal should consist of and even when to eat it. Mostly, I just try and eat my body weight in protien each day.
What I'm really looking for is good food I can store at work in my tool box. If you open my side cabinet on my tool box there is an assortmant of beef jerky, "on the go" tuna meals, and Nature Valley fruit and nut granola bars.
When I get hungry Id like to just open a drawer and put the food in my mouth. A little prep time is okay and I do have quick access to water and a microwave but no fridge yet.

Here is my daily schedule. Any help would be greatly appreciated
7:00AM=arrive at work empty stomache (take 2 Recreates)
9:00ish=granola bar maybe with some beef jerky
10 or 11:00=several beef jerky strips (about 24g protien)
Lunch (around 12:00) on the go tuna (16g protien)
2:30 or 3:30=if im not too busy maybe some more tuna (trying to get some protien for workout) maybe another granola bar too
4:30 or 5:00=take 2 Recreates
5 or 6:00=leave work and hall ass home to exercise
6 or 7:00=work out
7:45 or 8:00=GNC wheybolic 60 immediatly after workout
8:30 or 9:00=dinner
10-11:00=bed time

For dinner we ususally eat the same things every week. Ground turkey tacos with black beans,
Whole weat pasta cassarole dish,
Cheese soup (onion, chick stock, cream, cheese... Oh so good)
Grilled salmon w/ cream sauce, potatoes, and asparagus

This is pretty much it. I sure the hell am getting tired of eating tuna and beef jerky. Like I said before I plan on taking a ham sandwich or something to work but some more ideas of what and when to eat during the day would be ever so helpful. A good preworkout meal and time would be great too.
Keep in mind as I forgot to say earlier, Im waiting for my Anabolic Pump to arrive and any diet suggestions should accompany well with taking AP and Recreate.

Thanks, Craig
