I really do need to get my diet right though. The biggest problem I have is work. I'm a technician at a Chrysler dealer and how I make my money is by getting cars in and out as fast as possible. With all the work I have to complete during the day, taking the time away from it to eat just slows me down. I mostly just try and snack on things throughout the day. In the morning I have a granola bar and maybe some beef jerky with it. Then for lunch I'll quickly whip up some tuna salad and scarf that down then go right back to work. After that I wont eat untill supper time an hour after my workout (around 8:30) Pretty crappy diet but its way better than what I used to do... I used to not eat at all during the day untill I got home. Then I ate like a horse.
I'm gonna try to start making sandwiches or something to take to work for lunch rather than just tuna and beef jerky. I just dont get very hungry at work. Think its probaly all the Recreates im taking.
When the AP comes in i plan on creating a diet makever. Im gonna learn all I can about complex carbs and try to incorporate more of them in my diet rather than just protien.

Something that can help us help you (I work to but do eat three times during my work day but I don't have time restrictions like you) is outline the amount of time you get during the day. That way it is easy to suggest some simple food for you to have that will work with AP and go down relatively quickly with minimal prep/eating time. I am a fan of a protein shake with two scoops of good protein (~46-48 grams) with a half cup of ground oats. If you can do this for your pre-workout meal with your AP it will help out a ton and that takes all of 3-4 minutes to add water to, shake and drink. Also, I like your sandwich idea just make sure you are using a good whole grain/multi grain bread that is high in fiber and low in sugar. If there is a will there is a way my friend.
