I'll give ProComplex a try and forget about the DarkMatter.. I may seem clueless about all the work out supplements, scratch that, I am clueless. I admit that. I do however try my best to research what all I can about the products. Thats why Im talking to you
The problem out there is that all the information I can find about any supplement is more of a sales pitch than anything else. I done know what to believe. DarkMatter for example.... I have seen the label for it and it does say 12grams protien but the marketing for it says (quoted from their website:600% increase in protein synthesis- equal to 40 grams of protein) I figured it reacted with my body the same way 40g protein would with the added benifits of their fancy creatines.
Like I said at the very beginning, I just want to keep it simple so I'm gonna take your advise. No DarkMatter, Just ProComplex, Anabolic Pump, Recreate and lots of hard work.
